Work flow

1. The raw materials go through the metal detection machine and enter the Z elevator bin. If metal is detected, the operator removes it manually.

2. Z-type hoist lifts raw materials to the feed hopper on the combined scale.

3. The combined scale adopts the double-ten head working mode, which is divided into AB two areas, each area has 10 sets of weighing units. Area AB was quantitatively weighed respectively. The outlet of the combined scale is equipped with a double-chamber aggregate hopper, corresponding to two areas AB respectively. After weighing, the material is placed into the AB chamber of the aggregate hopper for temporary storage. At the same time, the paper can enters the filling end from the filling machine, connects with the packaging machine signal, and the material enters the filling machine.

4. After filling, the product enters the 220 automatic checking machine for weight detection.
