Case 01 Chicken breast weighing and packing system

Chicken breast weighing and packaging system is designed for automated food weighing and packaging equipment system, can be widely used in all kinds of sticky meat quantitative weighing, including but not limited to chicken legs, wings, liver and other materials. The system ensures that the breast weight in each package meets predetermined standards through a high-precision combined scale and automated delivery system, thereby increasing production efficiency, ensuring product consistency, and meeting food safety and quality standards.

Work flow

1.The chicken breast is transported to the combined scale by climbing elevator for weighing.

Case 02 Puffed food weighing（paper cans）filling system

The puffed food weighing (paper can) filling system is a kind of machine for quantitative weighing and packaging of puffed food (such as potato chips, crispy corner, popcorn, etc.) in automatic production line.

System scheme

1. 20-head 16-bucket combined scale;

2. Working platform;

3. Z-type elevator;

4. Gold Inspection Machine (horizontal)

5. Double station filling machine;

6. 220 check weight scale;

Work flow

1. The raw materials go through the metal detection machine and enter the Z elevator bin. If metal is detected, the operator removes it manually.

2. Z-type hoist lifts raw materials to the feed hopper on the combined scale.

3. The combined scale adopts the double-ten head working mode, which is divided into AB two areas, each area has 10 sets of weighing units. Area AB was quantitatively weighed respectively. The outlet of the combined scale is equipped with a double-chamber aggregate hopper, corresponding to two areas AB respectively. After weighing, the material is placed into the AB chamber of the aggregate hopper for temporary storage. At the same time, the paper can enters the filling end from the filling machine, connects with the packaging machine signal, and the material enters the filling machine.

4. After filling, the product enters the 220 automatic checking machine for weight detection.
