Vibratory Feeder
For uniform transportation of garlic heads from a storage bin to subsequent processing equipment, such as a weighing system.
Incline Conveyor
The process of conveying garlic heads from the vibratory feeder to the 14 Head Combination weigher may require a climbing hoist to raise the height.
14-head Combination Weigher
For fast sorting of garlic heads by weight and their distribution into different packaging lanes.
Vertical Packaging Machine
The weighed heads of garlic are automatically packed into bags, sealed and labeled as needed.
Finished Product Conveyor
Conveys the packaged garlic head to the next stage of the packaging or handling process.
Rotary Table
Used to temporarily store garlic heads in a production line so that they can be transported to downstream equipment when needed.
