 01  Message from the General Manager 

In view of the time of the annual meeting, the general manager, Shelly Lee, was on a business trip in the U.S., so she sent New Year's greetings to all of you in the form of video and delivered a wonderful and inspiring speech for the annual meeting.

02  Chairman’s Message  

With the opening of the annual meeting, Mr. Hong Lee, the founder and chairman of Guangdong TOUPACK Intelligent Equipment Company Limited, took the stage to deliver a speech:

In 2023, all the people of TOUPACK rose to the challenge and worked hard, and the main business indexes climbed to a new peak, with the total order amount increasing by 34% compared with that of 2022, the annual sales of main products reaching more than 2,000 sets, and the delivery rate of the customers remained stable at more than 98%. This year, our internationalization pace is steady, and we cooperate with global partners in the talent chain, innovation chain, industrial chain, supply chain and other whole value chain, to build a new situation of open innovation and win-win cooperation in globalization, our export sales increased by 26% compared with the previous year, and a large number of international cooperation projects are in the process of negotiation and advancement. 2023, more than 100 domestic and foreign dealers, end customers, industry leaders will visit TOUPACK to enhance mutual exchanges and cooperation.

Looking back to 2023, the four major brands of Guangdong TOUPACK, Li's Intelligence, Anhui TOUPACK, and TOUPACK Inspection insisted on category innovation thinking, focused on different positioning, seized the user's mind, created a customized solution for customers to weigh and pack, and developed a number of new products such as automatic mesh bag packaging machine, noodle multihead weigher, and special combination scale for pre-prepared vegetables. In the new year, a number of new products represented by 14-head 05 bucket high-precision combination scales, 16-head three-layer 05 bucket multihead weigher and 16-head 10-flip scraper bucket multihead weigher have been listed one after another, pre-sale release, for will bring more new experience, new value, new choices for customers.

In 2024, we will also plan to lead the development of national standards for products such as fully automatic netting machines. We will insist on long-term investment in the field of intelligent packaging technology research and development, consolidate TOUPACK's technological leadership, and continue to launch innovative achievements. Chasing the wind and catching up with the moon do not stop, the end of the flat barren is the spring mountain. Standing at a new starting point in the new year, we will continue to bear in mind the mission of "cultivating character, refining quality and casting brand" while developing a new journey, take the road of high-quality development, and through quality upgrading and technological innovation, each brand under TOUPACK will have a distinctive feature, and be able to continue to create a unique product experience for customers around the world.

We are excited and thrill to enjoy you at this big event, sharing together different cultures and see in first hand the launch of your new multi head machine. Also, we are impressed by what we saw yesterday here at Toupack's facilities. Referring about your technology and solution for all industries. Seems that Toupack has no limits to reach the best and creative for the good of everybody.

This year's annual meeting was not only a grand celebration of the splendid achievements we all made together, but also an event full of art and passion.
