TOUPACK｜Trip to Interpack 2023 in Germany

The long-awaited Interpack 2023 will be held from May 4 to May 10 at the Düsseldorf Exhibition and Convention Center! Interpack, the world's largest and most influential packaging exhibition, is organized by Messe Düsseldorf every three years and is the largest, most influential and most professional packaging exhibition in the world.

Since its establishment, Guangdong TOUPACK Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. has participated in every session as an exhibitor. In 2020, due to the epidemic, the original scheduled booth of 48 square meters was cancelled, and this time, we went as far as Germany to visit our customers, and by the way, we participated in this exhibition as a visitor, and had more updated experiences, and it was also the first time to go abroad since the epidemic.

02——A long journey across the ocean.

Sending a thousand emails is better than one offline meeting. Three years of epidemic, and customers have not met for at least three years. We took the opportunity of the exhibition to meet with many old customers and sat in the cafe of the exhibition hall, chatting while drinking coffee, which was both comfortable and cozy. We brought our computers for watching the video materials, the latest product introduction, and because we had plenty of time, we could also play our company's promotional materials. In this atmosphere, we were able to get closer to our customers and communicate with them face to face, so they trusted us more and were happy to share any problems or new needs they encountered in their work.

Seeing the new global packaging, thinking about the new packaging technology, this time as an observer just to participate in 4 days of Interpack gained a lot, for TOUPACK Intelligent to further expand the European market, looking for customer resources and market opportunities.

03——Famous Brands Exhibits at a Glance

As a professional manufacturer of combination scales, we focused more on the display area of weighing products. Ishida, a well-known brand in this field, had a large booth. The booth was subdivided into different areas to make it easier for visitors to understand and appreciate, including the small food area, the fresh food area, the weighing equipment area and the quality control area.

TOUPACK Intelligent is dedicated to the development and production of intelligent weighing, packaging, testing and conveying equipment. Our newly developed Filp Type weigher is designed for fresh food products, effectively solving the weighing problem of sticky materials. The unique flip-up weighing hopper eliminates the need for a hopper door structure, thus avoiding the occurrence of material entrapment. The corrugated structure of the material contact surface greatly reduces the friction of the contact surface, effectively preventing the material from sticking to the residue problem.

In addition to the Filp Type weigher, we have also developed a fully automatic mesh bag packaging machine designed for the packaging needs of vegetables and fruits. The machine is equipped with mechanical automatic mesh tube change function, which can improve the packaging efficiency. The material bagging process is precise and reliable, and the sealing is flat. We use electrical control and pneumatic components of international famous brands to ensure the quality and stability of the machine. In addition, we offer a choice of semi-automatic and fully automatic models according to the customer's budget and needs.
