Multihead Weigher with Textured Contact Surfaces

The multihead weigher features raised-dot textured plates on the upper feed hopper, linear vibratory feeder pans, pool hoppers and weigh hoppers. This textured design changes the surface contact conditions between the equipment and the product, helping adapt the feeding and weighing system to specific material characteristics.

The system combines weight readings from multiple weigh hoppers to select a suitable combination close to the target weight. It can be integrated with an automatic premade pouch packing machine for coordinated weighing, pouch filling and sealing.

The actual feeding performance and weighing accuracy depend on the product characteristics, machine configuration and operating conditions. Product testing is recommended to confirm suitability for different seafood applications.
