Automatic Tray Denesting Machine

The automatic tray denesting unit separates empty trays from a stacked supply and feeds them individually onto the conveyor for filling. The tray feeding mechanism can be adjusted to suit different tray dimensions and formats. It works in sequence with the weighing and filling section, reducing manual tray handling and maintaining a continuous supply of empty trays to the packaging line.
